A. All customer initiated returns without prior notice to us, including the refusal of package from shipping are considered as RETURN WITHOUT RMA; Such returns are subjected to 50% restocking fee + Shipment fees + (Return shipment fees in case of refused orders). As our guiding principle, we stand behind the product and address each cases with utmost priority. Customers are advised to contact us and give us at-least a business day before initiating such returns.
B. A Regular returns of order would incur 25% restocking fees and shipping charges. After contacting us using any of telephone or email, we will provide a RMA number and a return slip (Billed to you), as a courtesy service, we use our business account to create a shipping label thus reducing your shipping cost.
C. All manufactured defects and shipment defects are our responsibility. All packages are fully insured and taken care from our side. A co-operation such as allowing FedEx, UPS or USPS package inspector to inspect the damaged package is required from customer side.
D. Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of arrival of shipment. All received shipments are subjected to a claim-check in a case if the reason was the manufacturer defect.
